We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

2. Defective or Non-Working Product

If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly, you are eligible for a return.

To process any return request, you must provide:

  • Order tracking showing delivery delay beyond 25 days

Requests without proof will not be approved.
